The Challenge & Solution
A hospitality startup required a scalable, production-ready marketplace platform to disrupt the short-term rental market. They needed a system capable of handling complex property listings, secure user transactions, and dynamic map integrations.
Our engineering team at NirmataAI architected StayGenie using a robust MVC architecture with Node.js, Express, and MongoDB. We implemented a highly secure JWT-based authentication flow, ensuring that property operations—such as creating, editing, and deleting listings—are strictly governed by ownership-based access controls.
The platform features a fully responsive UI built with EJS templates, integrating interactive maps for exact property localization, and a comprehensive review and rating system. The result is a seamless, highly optimized booking experience that supports extensive search and filtering, giving our client a competitive edge in the digital real estate space.
